Court Rules In Favor Of Briarcliff Man And His Nativity Scene

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- A court ruled in favor of a Briarcliff Manor man and his desire to have a nativity scene on display on village grounds recently, according to News 12 Westchester. 

A judge finally ruled in favor of a Briarcliff Manor man who wanted a nativity scene on village property after a six year battle.

Henry Ritell had been battling the village for six years to no avail. When Ritell heard about a menorah being displayed in a different public park, he accused the town of discrimination, News 12 Westchester reported.
