From food and toy drives to fundraisers, several organizations are helping the less fortunate in Ossining and Briarcliff Manor to get all they need this year. The Open Door Foundation Holiday Toy Drive continues through Dec. 14. Residents are asked to make a child’s holiday a happier one by donating new and unwrapped toys to Open Door Foundation’s Holiday Toy Drive. The toys and gifts will be given to the young patients of Open Door Family Medical Centers from ages newborn to 14 years old.

The organization’s goal is to collect 2,500 new, unwrapped toys from several locations in Ossining and Briarcliff Manor. The locations include Ossining Open Door Family Medical Centers, 165 Main St., A&P Supermarket, 1882 Pleasantville Road, Club Fit Briarcliff, 584 N. State Road and Value Drugs, South State Road.
