BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- A 2-year-old bull dog with "a very particular set of skills" has been named the SPCA of Westchester's Pet of the Week.
Liam, whose skills include "friendliness, playfulness, trainability and showing off his adorable underbite," is a "dream" adoption, according to the SPCA, which said he also is good with other dogs.
