As a member for many years, I've witnessed numerous changes in direction and emphasis as this large, multi-faceted facility attempted to stay on the cutting edge of exercise trends and research.
I've watched the group exercise program add and delete classes based upon participant feedback. As exercisers have become more fit, higher level pilates classes were provided, more strenuous and diverse exercise offerings appeared and the spin room grew to accommodate larger crowds.
In addition, my experiences with the staff at all levels has been extremely positive. It is difficult in a large facility to make personal connections, but I've repeatedly found the teachers, trainers and other personnel friendly, courteous and approachable.
As a serious exerciser who keeps informed about the latest fitness and wellness research, I've been very satisfied with the skills, overall knowledge and creativity of most group exercise professionals.
I've explored a lot of options at Club Fit over many years, benefited from the varied exercise programs and anticipate I'll continue to be challenged with more health and exercise innovations here in the future.
