The fundraiser was part of the organization's Outreach Food Project.
The food collected was delivered to the Community Center of Northern Westchester in Katonah.
Several hundred Rotary volunteers assembled for a full day at the Memorial United Methodist Church in White Plains to package the meals on Oct. 19. Each package will feed a family of six, and is available with macaroni and cheese or rice and beans.
Forty metropolitan area Rotary Clubs around the country raised a total of $25,000.
The project is sponsored by Outreach, Inc., a national non-profit organization dedicated to ending hunger.
