Monday, April 2
Wetlands Control Commission Meeting: 7 p.m. The Wetlands Control Commission will have its meeting at 425 Cherry Street in Bedford Hills.
Vacation Week Program: Movie Night!: 5:30-7:20 p.m. The Katonah Village Library will hold a screening of The Adventures of Tintin, the globe-trotting adventures of a boy and his dog. Parents and caregivers must accompany children to the film. Popcorn will be provided.
Tuesday, April 3
Town Board Regular Meeting: 8 p.m. The meeting at village hall will be preceded by a town board work session at 7 p.m. where there will be a discussion on waste water options.
Flashlight Egg Hunt: 7:30 p.m. Gather at Bedford Village Memorial Park on Greenwich Road to search for candy-filled eggs in the dark. This event is for older children. Kids should bring a flashlight and candy bag. Registration is required and admission is $5.
Wednesday, April 4
Vacation Week Program: Poetry in Motion: 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m. April is National Poetry Month. Second through fifth-graders are invited to come to the Katonah Village Library to hear poems about spring, gardens and nature. The reading will be followed by a special writing and craft program led by author and writing teacher Kim Kovach. Registration is required.
Thursday, April 5
Vacation Week Program: 10:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. The Katonah Village Library will be screening the 1971 kids classic Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" as part of the Vacation Week Movie program. Children can bring a small, non-messy snack. Parents/caregivers must accompany children.
