KATONAH, N.Y. -- "Winter Dreaming," the Katonah Historical Museum's holiday exhibit, opened recently and will run Saturdays through Dec. 17, according to organizers.
The exhibit, which kicked off Sunday with a cookie and cider reception, displays a variety of items that "kept the minds and hands of past Katonah residents busy during the long winter months," organizers said, adding that the exhibit will be open from 1-3 p.m. on Dec. 10 and Dec. 17.
Among those items are toys, games, books and sewing materials, according to the group, which added that the goal was to keep busy until the spring.
The Katonah Historical Museum is located at the Katonah Village Library, 26 Bedford Road, at the top of the spiral staircase and under the cupola, according to organizers.
