With an increase in humidity, coupled with temperatures expected to climb into the 90s, a Heat Advisory is in effect for Westchester, Putnam and Rockland counties through 8 p.m. Monday.

A heat advisory is issued when the combination of heat and humidity is expected it to make it feel like it is 100 to 104 degrees for consecutive hours.
