A crash that initially blocked the left lane caused significant delays on a stretch of southbound I-684 near the Northern Westchester/Putnam border for most of the Monday morning commute.

The crash occurred just before 7 a.m. at Hardscrabble Road (Exit 8) with stop-and-go delays to Exit 10 ( Route 6/Route 202/Route 22).
