Man Posing As Repairman May Have Been 'Casing' Armonk Home, Police Say Police are warning residents to be wary of potential scammers after a man allegedly posed as a washing machine repairman in Northern Westchester. The North Castle Police Department received a report shortly after 4:15 p.m. on Saturday, April 7 from a resident of Nichols Road in Armonk who stated that earlier in the day, the man said he needed access to the home to check the family’s machines.
