Two motorists were charged during a DWI Sobriety Checkpoint on Route 35 in Somers on Saturday.
State police identified the two and the charges against them:
Tori E. Saferin, 30, from West Hartford, Conn., charged with DWI, providing a breath sample that indicated she had a .13% blood-alcohol content, state police said.
Dolores Metzner, 61, from Yorktown Heights, charged with aggravated DWI, providing a breath sample that indicated she had a .20% BAC, state police said.
Both were issued tickets to appear in the Town of Somers Court on July 7.
Update: The charges against Saferin were disposed after she paid a $510 fine.
