Police in Yonkers are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to locate a Level 2 sex offender, who is wanted by the Yonkers Police Department Warrant Squad.
Foy had been previously convicted of raping a teenage girl. The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Foy as a Level 2 threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense.” He is now wanted on a charge of third-degree assault.
Foy, 34, has been described as a 5-foot-7 African American, weighing approximately 200 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and a scar on his left arm. He was last seen around Willow Street in Yonkers.
