Seen Him? Alert Issued For Suspect Wanted On Weapons Charge In Westchester

Police investigators in Westchester issued an alert for a wanted 21-year-old man who was busted on a weapons charge and failed to return to court.

Erik Maleno-Crispin is wanted by the Yonkers Police Warrant Squad on a second-degree criminal possession of a weapon charge. When he failed to appear in court to respond to the charge, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Investigators described Maleno-Crispin as a 5-foot-8 Hispanic man weighing approximately 150 pounds with a medium build. He has black hair, brown eyes and has been known to wear glasses. Maleno-Crispin was last known to frequent Holland Avenue and Allerton Avenue in the Bronx.
