Westchester County Police intervention was required when a man allegedly pulled out a handgun during a road rage incident in Mount Kisco.
On Sept. 20, a motorist reported to County Police investigators that a motorist had pointed a handgun at her during an incident on North Bedford Road during a bout of road rage, prompting an investigation.
Police said that on Thursday, Oct. 11, detectives arrested South Salem resident Brennan Franco, 25, who was taken into custody at his home and charged with second-degree menacing in relation to the incident. Franco has since been released and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer the charge.
