A 7-year-old boy from Trumbull, Conn., who was abducted by his father early Saturday morning and the subject of an Amber Alert has been found safely, about 14 hours after pre-dawn abduction.
The boy, identified as as Ariel Revello, was taken in a “custodial abduction” from his home at about 4:30 a.m., police said.
The boy and his father, now identified as Rodolfo Revello, were in a white Ford Transit cargo van with Connecticut license plate C040379, according to the Amber Alert.
Trumbull is located along the Merritt Parkway and just north of I-95 and Bridgeport.
The father had a knife in his possession, according to rpeorts.
