GARFIELD, N.J. -- Elizabeth "Liz" (Calendrillo) Frega, of Garfield, died on Tuesday, March 28. She was 92.
She is survived by her son, Robert and his wife Michele; grandchildren Vincent, Robert Jr. and Julian; brother Jerry and his wife Else Calendrillo; and many nieces and nephews.
Frega was preceded by her husband, William, and two sisters and five brothers.
Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. on Friday, March 31, at the Alesso Funeral Home, 91 Union St., in Lodi. The funeral will be from the funeral home on Saturday at 8 a.m., with a 9 a.m. funeral liturgy from Mt. Virgin Church. Interment will be at St. Nicholas Cemetery.
