State Of Emergency Declared In North Castle

NORTH CASTLE, N.Y. -- A State of Emergency has been declared due to blizzard conditions.in the Town of North Castle and went into effect at 3 a.m. on Tuesday.

The declaration reads: "Do not drive; stay off the roads. Vehicles should not be parked on public roadways."

The State of Emergency shall expire at 3 a.m. Wednesday, unless rescinded by a subsequent order.

Town offices will be closed Tuesday.
