ID Released For Man Struck, Killed By Metro-North Train

MTA officials have identified the man hit and killed by a Metro-North train at the Fairfield Station.

Jason Daniel Bernstein, 25, of Norwalk, was killed around 7:15 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 11, according to MTA officials.

Officials said the incident is being investigated as "non-accidental."

Trains were delayed on the New Haven line for several hours following the incident.
