WESTCHESTER, N.Y. – As the summer storm season commences Con Edison is working to prepare residents of Westchester County who need power and special services for medical purposes.

Con Edison is compiling information for senior citizens and residents who require life sustaining equipment or medical services in the event of an emergency.

The power company offers a variety of free services, including Senior Direct and the CONCERN Program, for senior citizens.  Con Ed can also keep records of its customers who have life-sustaining equipment and medical hardships.
