ARMONK, N.Y. -- An Armonk developer stormed out of a discussion on a proposed affordable housing plan during a contentious meeting with members of the North Castle Planning Board, according to The Examiner.
Michael Fareri presented a plan to build 48 affordable housing units at a former lumberyard on Bedford Road, the story said. The board felt Fareri's plan lacked sufficient information.
Fareri's plan includes 24 two-bedroom apartments, 20 one-bedroom units and four studio units. All of units would be considered affordable housing.
