MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- The award-winning Saw Mill Storm, a nationally recognized aquatics program for kids of all ages and abilities, invites swimmers across Westchester County to try out for its 2016-2017 season. Held by appointment only, try out's began this month and run until Thursday, September 8 at Saw Mill Club East in Mt. Kisco. Swimmers need not be a club member to participate.

Storm Aquatics creates a challenging and positive teaching and training environment in which participants can develop a sense of self esteem and pride as athletes and individuals both in and out of the pool. A total of six teams are comprised of swimmers age 6 and under and progress to 12 and up. The youngest group is focused on learning proper swimming techniques while the most advanced provides success at all levels of national swim meets. Storm also offers a Varsity group that focuses on challenging swim training without the competition element.

"Joining Storm is more than just participating in a sport or extracurricular activity," said Storm Head Coach Chris Jankowski. "The swimmers form a bond as teammates and establish friendships that last far beyond this exciting experience as they grow through the program together."
