VALHALLA, N.Y. -- Patients at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital in Valhalla got to celebrate the holidays in style.
Heavenly Productions hosted its annual holiday concert at the hospital, which featured Irish music, Indian dance, a performance from The Ursuline School and a performance from the City Center dancers. The finale featured a performance from Frosty the Snowman, with a visit from the famous snowman. Santa Claus, his helpers, and some reindeer also made appearances.
"There is nothing I could think of that I would rather do than to make those children smile," Alex Harston, who played Santa said. "It’s really a gift to see them forget about everything and just have a great time."
