PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- For Al Borrelli, owner and founder of A. Borrelli Mechanical in Pleasantville, being the area's premier HVAC specialists isn't just about fixing boilers and installing air conditioning.

After 35 years in business, Borrelli has learned that it's not only services and customers that keep the business growing, but employees as well. “The culture here is unique, we are employee driven in everything we do,” explains Borrelli.

When technicians are on a job servicing everything from air conditioning units to furnaces, customers experience the same familial care as when A. Borrelli was just one man and a truck. “We want our employees and customers to be happy so we can continue to grow and help more families in Westchester," said Borrelli.

As Borrelli's business has evolved, so to has the HVAC industry. "When I first started, labor and energy were cheap," he said. "Over the years, oil and gas have become more expensive. As a result, we're using electric products that are more efficient and affordable than their oil and gas counterparts." From installations to round-the-clock service, Borrelli believes going the extra mile for his customers and employees is what truly makes the company special.

"We always want to make it easy to do business with us, so we pride ourselves on reliable, top quality service at a fair price," he said. "Our customers don't have to worry about the reliability of their homes' heating and air-conditioning systems, and we help make the home an enjoyable sanctuary for families."
