“I’m very excited to join this company,” Bongiardino said. “My daughter-in-law, April, works out of the Warwick office, and I’m thrilled to begin my real estate career with her.”
Besides being a part of Rand Realty, Bongiardino has owned a pest control business for the past 30 years and will continue to run his business in parallel to real estate. Bongiardino plans to bring his experience from his previous business and apply it to his real estate career to help it flourish.
“Having dealt with homes in a different type of profession for 30 years, I will use that experience to help find success in real estate,'' Bongiardino said “As I enter this industry, I look forward to not only working with a member of my family, but also building an extended family with my fellow agents.”
