Police: Hackettstown Man, 54, Admits Stealing Morris Canal Trail Camera

A Hackettstown man admitted stealing a camera from a trail along the Morris Canal, authorities said.

Edward Ceglowski, 54, stole the camera from the trail Sept. 3, Independence Township Police said citing Warren County Land Preservation.

Ceglowski was charged with theft and criminal mischief.

He is scheduled to appear in court.
