Franklin Lakes Firefighters Graduate From Training Academy

WYCKOFF-FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- Six members of the Franklin Lakes Fire Department recently graduated from the Bergen County Fire Academy.

The Fire Department has served the residents of Franklin Lakes since 1924.

The graduates are Mike Jost, Mike Burgio, Tyler Braun, Anthony DeCotiis, Nick Touma, and Jeff Zaents.

The Fire Department has served the residents of Franklin Lakes since 1924. The all volunteer department responds to all fire and rescue calls within the Borough, as well as providing mutual aid to neighboring communities. The department protects nine-square-miles and a residential population of 11,000 and responds to more than 500 rescue call per year.
