FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- Ronald E. Calissi, 69, of Franklin Lakes, died Friday, Sept. 23.
He was born March 9, 1947.
He was executive associate dean and director of the School of Administrative Science in Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Petrocelli College of Continuing Studies, a position he assumed in 2001 after serving 30 years in state and county government.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Fredericks; and siblings, Guy Calissi, Carolou Calissi Cirillo, Elaine Cuccio and Bererly Sullivan.
A memorial visitation and celebration of his life will be conducted from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes.
In lieu of flowers, donations be made to Fairleigh Dickinson University, 1000 River Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666.
