Marion Koprowski, 77, Of Franklin Lakes

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- Marion Koprowski, 77, of Franklin Lakes, died Sunday, Oct. 23.

Born in Rutherford, she lived in Franklin Lakes the past 50 years. 

Early in her life, she enjoyed working as a florist at Colonial House of Flowers in Ridgewood and later became an administrative secretary for the dean of the School of Management at William Paterson University for 17 years until she retired. 

She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Wyckoff involved in many activities, notably being a Sunday school teacher for many years. She also was a member of the CERT Team of Franklin Lakes, was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels in Franklin Lakes and was an active member of the Indian Trail Club, playing tennis regularly. 

She is survived by her children, Donna Koprowski, Kim and her husband Stamos Nicholas and Mark and his wife Kim Koprowski; six grandchildren, Kristina, Caity, Justin, Kristen, Matthew and Thomas; and brother, Harold. 

She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Koprowski. 

A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Grace United Methodist Church, 555 Russell Ave., Wyckoff. Interment will follow at the church’s memorial garden.
