WYCKOFF, N.J. -- Daniel P. Brovero, 76, of Farmingdale, died Wednesday, July 27, 2016.
Born in Englewood, he lived in Wyckoff for 42 years before moving to Farmingdale two years ago.
Before his retirement in 1996, he owned and operated the Forest Café in Englewood for more than 30 years.
He was a former parishioner of St. Elizabeth’s RC Church in Wyckoff.
Surviving is his wife of 52 years, Donna (nee Swenson) Brovero; children, Donald and his wife Margaret of Monroeville, Danielle Sheehy and her husband Michael of Buckingham, Pa. and Debra Murphy and her husband Stephen of Westfield. Also surviving is his sister, Pauline Cresanti of Emerson; and eight grandchildren, Dakota, Christopher, Jarrod, Sarah, Colin, Justice, Griffin and Sienna.
Visiting hours are from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff. There will be a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Elizabeth’s RC Church, 700 Wyckoff Ave., Wyckoff. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
