Woman Floods Warren County Hotel, Causing Longterm Shutdown, Police Say A woman was charged after she allegedly caused a Warren County hotel to flood, forcing the business to close for nearly two months and counting. Police and fire crews responding to the Quality Inn in Hackettstown found heavy flooding from the activated sprinkler system shortly before 2:55 a.m. on Sept. 7, Mansfield Township police said in a Wednesday release. Authorities traced the activation to room 108, where they found that a 21-year-old woman had tampered with the sprinkler head and caused the flooding, police said.
