Police: NY Man Jailed For Threatening Driver With Gun In Hunterdon County Road Rage Incident

A New York man was jailed after threatening another driver with a gun during a road rage incident in Hunterdon County, police say.

Ibrahim Alkhalaf of Dix Hill is accused of brandishing a firearm toward another driver while traveling on Route 22 west in Whitehouse Station on Feb. 13, Readington Township police said.

Alkhalaf was later found with the weapon used in the incident, police said.

Alkhalaf was arrested and with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, and assault by physical menace.

He was being held at county jail pending an appearance in court.
