Javier Garcia, 39, of Hatfield, Pennsylvania was driving on Route 202 south near Summer Road when he crashed shortly after 2 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9, Readington Township police said in a release.
Garcia refused to submit to breath testing and was later arrested and served a DUI. He was also charged with refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving and failure to possess credentials, authorities said.
He was released to a friend.
