The convenience store chain, which serves a variety of subs and salads as well as low-carb "power menu" options, now features curbside ordering at its stores on Sylvia Street in Ewing as well as in Center Square, Pennsylvania, officials said Monday.

Customers can take advantage of the curbside ordering service by parking in a designated space and processing the order through the handheld device of a Wawa associate.

The stores that offer the service have been equipped with between six and 10 “highly marked designated parking spots,” Wawa officials said. Payments can be made through credit, debit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

The chain plans to expand the service to around 30 more locations throughout the summer and fall, according to Steve Hackett, director of digital experience and the Solutions Lab at Wawa.
