Property owners, developers, real estate professionals and other interested parties are invited to attend the event, which will allow participants to explore new investment and business opportunities within two of Teaneck's potential areas for development: the Alfred Avenue area and the Queen Anne Road/Degraw Avenue business district.
During the presentation, attendees will have an opportunity to meet one another, ask questions and share their comments on how to improve Teaneck's business districts, encourage investment in the town and upgrade and develop underutilized properties in the two locations.
Topics covered will include applicable land use provisions and available municipal resources in the areas.
A continental breakfast and refreshments will be provided.
