Graham, who has been on indefinite administrative leave, is accused of taking more than $500.
The thefts began in April 2015 and continued through October, authorities said.
Graham, 47, of Hackensack, "committed theft by failing to make required disposition of property received," Police Chief Robert Carney said Tuesday morning.
She was released on a summons pending a June 1 appearance in Bergen County Central Municipal Court in Hackensack.
