TEANECK, N.J. -- Two confessed burglars will get four-year prison terms each in exchange for admitting Monday that they broke into homes in Fair Lawn, Paramus and Fort Lee.
Tyrone Goins of Edgewater, 25, and Jamar Travis of Paterson, 28, were arrested in Teaneck last February after Detective Edward Kazmierczak began following their Lincoln LS and saw one of them toss out a gold bracelet.
He and backup Detective Kevin Brennan approached the sedan and found a fur coat and several women’s handbags.
The pair also had gloves and ski masks.
Goins and Travis admitted in court in Hackensack Monday that they'd committed a burglary in Fort Lee a short time earlier.
