TEANECK, N.J. -- The Teaneck Planning Board will vote on a plan this week that provides an overview of the township's affordable housing obligations, according to NorthJersey.com.
Prepared by Phillips Preiss Grygiel LLC of Hoboken, the plan looks at the city's demographics and available housing, the story said. It also notes the city's population is aging and its average rents and housing prices lag behind those of Bergen County as a whole, reported NorthJersey.com.
The deadline for municipalities to submit their affordable housing plans is Dec. 9,, added NorthJersey.com.
