Aragon of Fort Lee is leading the 10 a.m. Spartan Race Revolution workout at Edgewater's UFC Gym on Sunday.
"It’s meant for everyone," said Aragon, 30. "We want people to lead more active lifestyles."
Aragon, who works as a personal trainer at Underground Training in Tenafly, got involved with Spartan Race coaching – called Spartan SGX – in 2011 after his first run.
“I fell in love and found a passion for obstacle running," he said.
Two years later, he earned his certification.
Sunday's workout will be guided by coaches from across the country and broadcast live on the Spartan Race Facebook page.
"We're going to take turns going live in front of 6 million people," Aragon said. "We all work out at the same time on the same day.
"You can see different coaches around the country doing what we do best."
The trainer expects between 100 and 200 people to come to the one-hour event.
The session will feature conditioning, endurance and body weight training and helps train people for obstacle courses.
"Millions of lives have been changed forever and we want to change more and more every day," Aragon said.
