Herrick will be a panelist for the "Real Estate Investment Deal Flow" session. He and his fellow panelists will provide insight on the state of the market in the state, discuss profiles of investors and address how cap rates vary by product type.
Over his three-decade career, Herrick has orchestrated investments in more than $5 billion worth of commercial real estate. He founded Case in 2013. The firm concentrates on deals in the $2.5 million to $30 million range, in the New York metro area and in South Florida.
Registration is still open for the half-day conference. The cost is $129 in advance, and walk-ins are also welcome, for $159.
The event is worth four hours of real estate continuing education credits.
The conference will be held at the APA Hotel Woodbridge, located at 120 Wood Ave. South, in Iselin.
