"Join us for a gourmet hot dog tasting on the farm!" organizers note. There will be "seasonal hot dog toppings, from our famous 'Maple Bacon' to our 'Roasted Pumpkin Parmesan' topped with pepitas and fried sage.
The event -- which will run from noon to 3 p.m. -- will also include pumpkin painting for the kids.
The Low Family of Oradell continue the community-farming tradition on Klinger's Farms, which has been in operation in Bergen County for nearly a century.
In addition to hosting events and classes, the farm sells produce and other goods throughout the year.
In the fall, it specializes in fresh apple cider doughnuts, local cider and local apples.
