Emporio, the fine men’s/boys store in Teaneck is promising to award three men (18 years of age and over) with much-needed fashion makeovers.
Those selected, based on their submission and photo, will receive the advice of Emporio’s men’s fashion consultants and new wardrobes worth $1,000 – with their choice of suits, shirts, ties, pants, sweaters, shoes, accessories, etc. – plus haircut and shave, if necessary, in its first ever Men’s Fashion Makeover Contest.
Founded in 1988 by David Rappaport and Josh Szpilzinger, two college buddies, Emporio has expanded from a tiny 600-square foot space off Thirteenth Avenue and 50th Street in Brooklyn, to locations in New Jersey, Brooklyn and Long Island.
Each store is known for its high-end labels as Vertu, Canali, Citterio, Hugo Boss, Jack Victor Alesso, Cole Haan, Behar, Princeton, Alfa Perry, Talliam Ecco, Johnston & Murphy, Bruno Magli, Geox, Mephisto, and Sperry.
To enter the contest, visit www.emporioclothing.com/makeover or send an entry on why the individual being nominated needs a new wardrobe with his photo to media@emporioclothing.com. The deadline for entries is September 1. For more information, call 201-530-7300.
The Teaneck store is at 215 W. Englewood Ave.
