BONANZA Colombian Delights officially opened on Main Street this weekend.
Owners Jimmy and Omar wanted to give New Jersey a taste of authentic Colombian food and culture.
"They know very well what Colombia is and what it has to offer to the world," the BONANZA website says.
"They know that coffee is the icon, it is taste, it is the aroma that makes the difference and puts Colombia first.
"They know that the Colombian flavor is unique and that is why they dedicate themselves to creating each dish as a recipe for the house, in the company of their team that put the traditional and unique flavor."
BONANZA offers juices and smoothies, coffee, brunch, bowls and salads, meats, soups, baked goods and more.
"Going beyond offering food," the owners said, "is offering moments to share with family and friends, to think that our land passes borders and is positioned in multicultural hearts."
