PATERSON, N.J. -- A 26-year-old man told Paterson police he was grazed in the head by a bullet after a group accosted him near a city park.
Detectives were investigating the shooting, which the victim said occurred just before 5 p.m. Wednesday near the basketball courts at Montgomery Park, Police Director Jerry Speziale said.
City firefighters found him after responding to a call of an injured person at a Harrison Street home, Speziale said.
