Police in Newark are seeking the public's help identifying and locating a burglary suspect.

The suspect was captured on surveillance video taking personal items from an unlocked vehicle parked at Broad Street and New Street around 1:30 p.m. Sept. 28, Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said.
