CLIFTON, NJ -- Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas' Clifton restaurant will raise money for local charities supporting the fight against breast cancer during October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
It will donate $1 from sales of select cocktails during the monthlong campaign, with proceeds from the Clifton restaurant benefitting the Chilton Medical Center Foundation.
“We are pleased to announce our fundraiser to support Chilton Medical Center Foundation,” said Regan DeBenedetto, director of operations for Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas. “At Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas, charitable giving is an important cause for our team, and we are proud to support the fight against this disease by partnering with these wonderful organizations to help those affected by breast cancer at the local level.”
Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas features a chef-driven, scratch-made menu that changes four times per year, incorporating fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, according to a press release. To complement its menu, Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas has an extensive list of more than 150 wines available by the bottle and more than 50 wines by the glass.
Inspired by New York City train stations of the 1920s, its aesthetics include an open-air design, white subway tiles, marble hi-tops in its bar area and exposed fixtures along with prominently displayed steel and glass temperature-controlled wine bottle cabinets visible from every seat in the house.
Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas is in the Clifton Commons on Route 3.
