PATERSON, N.J. -- College students -- and others who also meet the income guidelines -- can file their taxes securely and for free, through a partnership of H&R Block and United Way.

If you made less than $62,000, you can file your state and federal taxes for free here. If you made more than that, you're still welcome to use the site, but filing fees may apply.

The website also lists resources for in-person tax help, as well as an online chat help option.
