The estate, which sits on two hilltop acres, is known as "Villa di Sogni: ("House of our Dreams") and is currently owned by the Errico family, who are relocating to Florida, Joseph Errico told Mansion Global magazine.
Errico and his wife Leigh began working on the design of the house in 2004 and purchased it in 2007. They then spent the next three years renovating, adding features inspired by the villas of Tuscany. The couple share the home with their four children.
“The old house was a country French home without a staircase, without a basement and no view out front. We put a tremendous amount of effort into the project,” Errico told Mansion Global, adding that he and his wife are so enamored of the home they briefly considered moving it with them to Florida.
Villa di Sogni, at 10,000 square feet, boasts seven bedrooms and 10.5 baths. The list price for the home, for reference only, is $4.75 million.
