"The quality of students' experiences continues to rise."
Katz’s hiring was announced on the East Windsor School District web site.
“I have been impressed with the [East Windsor Board of Education’s] unwavering and steadfast commitment to ensure that the East Windsor Regional School District provides outstanding and continuously improving educational experiences for each of its students,” he wrote.
