ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. -- Elmwood park police arrested two Rockland County men who they said were carrying 100 bags of heroin for sale.
Hayden Albert, 28, of Congers, and Alexander Wagner, 23, of Nanuet were processed and released pending a court hearing after officers stopped them just before 8:45 p.m. Tuesday on Locust Street, Police Chief Michael Foligno told Daily Voice.
Hours earlier, officers arrested 34-year-old borough resident Gabrielle Szwez and Evangelos Kostopoulos, 48, after Foligno said they found the pair carrying 60 bags of heroin during a stop on Molnar Drive.
Both were released pending court action.
