SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- William Henry Kling, of Saddle Brook, died Sunday, Dec. 27. He was 86.
Born and raised in Paterson, he resided in Saddle Brook since 1953. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War, he was a member of Romaine-Sinniger V.F.W. Post 3484 in Saddle Brook.
He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Fair Lawn. Prior to retiring in 1999, he was an assembler with Mosler Safe in Wayne for 20 years.
He was the husband of the late Lydia Kling, brother of the late Dorothy Martin and uncle of Beverly Engelhardt, Bonnie Ungarelli and Barry Martin.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 3-5 p.m. Sunday, with a service following at Vander Plaat-Caggiano Funeral Home, 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to Our Savior Lutheran Church, 22-15 Broadway, Fair Lawn, NJ, 07410 would be appreciated.
